“For 8 years before my sessions with you I was suffering with anxiety, panic attacks and phobias. It impacted my life very heavily as I couldn’t drive on the motorway, eat or sleep alone, and so on.
I did three years of talk therapy and then other alternative therapies (EMDR, NLP...), but the symptoms persisted. Working with you, my anxiety dissolved after just a few sessions. I have to admit I had some doubts before coming to see you. I was afraid of having some unpleasant sensations that I wouldn’t be able to control or get out of. And I wasn’t sure about how it could bring actual results. But the whole experience was very reassuring, very comfortable.

“I had been a heavy smoker for over 40 years. I had tried to stop smoking with a hypnotherapist before. But he gave me a standard script, an impersonal, “one-size-fits-all” approach. That didn’t work and I carried on smoking.
Working with you was very different and quite extraordinary. You helped me cut through the layers and go to the source of the actual emotional problems that the tobacco issue covered: a lot of self-esteem, shame and anxiety issues coming from a very difficult and traumatic childhood. Through working together, after two sessions I was able to finally stop smoking. And that was that. It was as if it had never existed.
But that’s not all. It brought a feeling of total freedom and renewal in my emotional landscape, something that I didn’t expect at this stage of my life, being 58. I have found a lot more “joie de vivre” and enthusiasm, because there was so much anxiety for such a long time and all that was liberated.
